Booking process

  • How can I make a booking request??

    → Choose a place and an activity and then go on the activity page.
    → Click on “Book now”
    → Choose the date
    → Choose the number of participants
    → Choose a time
    → Then click on Send .

    This will be sent directly to our instructor.
    Please keep in mind that your booking request has to be confirmed by the instructor first before you will receive all the necessary information.
    Can I make a booking request via phone?
    In general, booking requests have to be made online.
    The booking requests are made directly online with the website and not over the phone. We can not exchange any personal or banking details. However, we will do our best to help you and guide you through the process if you need assistance from us over the phone.

  • Should I book in advance?

    → Please keep in mind that we have live availability for only a few activities in our catalog - this will be marked on the activity page as ‘instant confirmation.’

    For the rest of the activities without ‘instant confirmation’ marked on their pages, there is no live availability on our website - as we offer thousands of extreme sports and activities worldwide and need to check our instructors’ availability!

    → Please, take into account that many activities are seasonal and many people go on holiday and travel at the same time.

    Can I book for today?

    We accept same-day bookings online, but due to the lack of live availability for some of our instructors, the likeliness of your booking request being confirmed is lower.

    If we cannot confirm, we will give you reschedule options or we can cancel the booking.

    As instructors need to organize their planning and staff beforehand, we strongly recommend making a booking request at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Do I need to indicate my payment details when making a booking request?
